Are Bio Fires Safe?

Yes. Taking into consideration the safety of our customers, we have constructed a special burner and formula of the FANOLA® fuel. In order to verify the quality of our products, we have had them tested and certified by the international certification bodies. The safety of our products and Fanola® fuel was confirmed by the following research centres: TÜV, PZH, CNBOP and OMNI-Test Laboratories Inc.

How do I extinguish my Bio-Fuel Fire Unit ?

All fireplaces are either equipped with a shut off mechanism or a tool to "snuff" the fire. By closing the fireplace or covering the burn hole with a non-flammable object, you eliminate the supply of oxygen which extinguishes the flame.

How does it work?

Bio-Fuel Fire Units do not require any chimney installation. Attach are easy and detailed user’s manual to each model. You can enjoy real fire only minutes after receiving the product. The lighting of Bio-Fuel Fire Units is extremely easy and safe. Once you fill the container with the Bio-Fuel, you can light the fire with a special lighter with an extended tip.

Will fires using Bio-Fuel give off heat?

• While the flame provided by burning Bio-Fuel is decorative and beautiful, it also is efficient in providing heat.
• Do to the ventless nature of the fireplaces themselves, no heat is lost up the flu or vent.
• Depending upon the size of the fireplace, Bio-Fuelcan provide up to 13,000 BTU or 3.5Kw/H of heating energy. This is enough energy to heat approximately 375 sqft of living space.
